I am delighted to be the owner of Pediatric Associates of Northern Colorado.
I grew up in Southern California and attended the University of California in Irvine for my Bachelor of Science degree, George Washington University for my Medical degree, and David Grant Medical Center for my Pediatric Residency training. I then had the honor of being selected as chief resident and have been a practicing physician since 1992.
I joined Pediatric Associates in 1999. I am board-certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I enjoy family time with my husband Eric, son Alex, and daughter Rachel. I also love hiking, camping, music, painting, jewelry making, and traveling. I feel so fortunate to have creative outlets that balance me.
I completed 3 years serving as a developmental pediatrician during my career in the Air Force where I spent much of my time evaluating and treating children with ADHD, autism, genetic abnormalities, and behavior issues.
My focus as a pediatrician in Fort Collins is to center on the whole child; looking at the physical, mental and social health issues that might affect a child’s growth and development. Moreover, my role is to educate, counsel and be an advocate and friend to my patients and their parents. As a mother of two children, I understand a parent’s needs and anxieties.
My goal is to be a resource to parents as they raise their children to be happy and healthy. I look forward to being a part of your family.
